Mr. Michael Brown, MS. LPC. CCTP., Director of Counseling/ADA Services

I have a desire to help others in any capacity along with having a solid education and a vast field of experience. I believe that everyone goes through things that could cause them difficulties and may require a professional voice and ear that can assist them to fulfill their potential. I believe that a professional such as myself should take full advantage of continuing education in order to offer the best techniques to those that we encounter. I am always seeking additional avenues to continue my education and will continue to do so. I have an ultimate goal of becoming a sports psychologist and allowing my skills gained along the way to make me a well-rounded psychologist capable of dealing with all issues that could hinder not only athletes but the businesses that employ them, their families as well as the individual athlete so that they may become the best person possible. I am also interested in behavior analysis. I believe that my natural drive for knowledge and empathy makes me a well-rounded and capable counselor on the verge to great things.
